"Our stay at this hotel exceeded expectations. The rooms and common areas were exceptionally clean, and the staff consistently provided warm, attentive service especially their help with valet, room service and navigating the hotel. The location is ideal - just steps from the pier and surrounded with a lot of dining options. One standout feature was the upgrade to the suite in the north tower, big bathroom big living and big room with a view of the pier. Wished we stayed a few extra nights to take it all in. A wonderful experience from start to finish"

"We had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained from the moment we arrived. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help with anything we needed. We also enjoyed the amenities, especially the hot tub and bar, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The property had a great atmosphere, felt safe, and was conveniently located. Overall, it exceeded our expectations, and we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay!"

"My family and I stood at the Sheraton to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean hallways and the rooms were all super clean. No odor. The best of all was that the hotel is pet friendly so we were able to bring our dogs and its literally around the corner from the outlets. We will definitely be returning and recommending to our friends and family."
